Oasis at Palm Cove

Great location, very comfortable and spacious for our family of three. Pool area was perfect for toddler. Staff were lovely and made everything very easy

Felt apartment wasn’t as clean as it could be but nothing too bad

Pool was amazing, perfect for kids. Staff heated the pool upon request during colder days. Location was amazing, so close to everything. Room was very spacious.

We ordered a cot and it didn't come with a mattress. Quite disappointing that they explained that it doesn't come with one and in 8y they have never been asked for a mattress. Kids under 1yo cannot use blankets simply stuffed underneath a fitted sheet, a SIDS approved breathable mattress should be supplied when you're being charged for the cot.

Perfect location and the pool area is awesome

If we'd known there was 3 flights of stairs we might have reconsidered prior to booking

Apartment was a little dated but still had everything you could need

Very spacious apartment. Gardens and facilities were great. Across the road from the Palm Cove Tavern and short walk to supermarket and beach.

Apartment was clean but could do with a deep clean and some maintenance. There was an ice cream wrapper under one of the beds and pop corn in between the cushions on the couch from previous occupants. Two rooms had picture frames covering holes in plasterboard on the walls. A/C in bedroom 2 wouldn't work on cool setting.

clean, close to amenities, waterfront, cafes, well-priced

No lift, and being on the top floor made it somehow difficult specially when checking in and out
