We enjoyed the ambience of the property

Bed was too soft

Breakfast was included. Lots of parking. Good TV channels. Lots of hot water. Plenty of room as the hotel right next door. They own a French one called Maison

The man is extremely extremely rude. We buzzed into this hotel and we're told to come next door which is the hotel he owns and then we realized the one we booked is definitely no one stays there so he just suggests staying in this hotel and I said okay. We would like to see this room as well as our original room to choose and he said no I'm only showing you one room. Oh so it was freezing in there where the manager had to wear a coat all the time to

Review is for La Maison Hotel next door, they told me the entire guest house is reserved when I went over so they offered me a room there: - close proximity to Three Sisters, the local bus and hop on hop off bus stop is around 100m away - Cafe Lurline is a 3minute walk away, amazing breakfast and lunch option there - Walkable distances to restaurant for dinner - Aircon works to keep the room warm for winter nights - Comfy beds - Heat radiator in the toilets is a saving grace for cold winter nights

Review is for La Maison Hotel next door: - booking management should be done better. If the guest house is booked out it should be shown as such on all websites so people will not be misled. - the water pressure in the toilet (tap and shower) is unpredictable, my shirt got all wet when i was washing my hands as the tap decided to spurt large gushes of water out suddenly - power sockets are at seemingly random places, but at least there are sufficient sockets - room is actually quite dated - luggage storage is just putting your luggage at the reception counter which is unmanned most of the time.

Great location for three Ultra-Trail Australia at Katoomba. Comfortable enough for what we needed.

Kitchen facilities were very limited, no crockery or cutlery. Fridge, Kettle and toaster on a trestle table.
