every thing it was ok

Location was excellent for what we needed

Breakfast was a little sad

Comfortable bed, good shower, clean and tidy toilet, helpful staff and good continental breakfast,

Small wobbly table, darker light in the room.

Altogether, very high standard

My room was by the front door, and I could hear everyone talking as they came in at night.

Convenient to our Event.

Poor parking, due to area taken up by mulch. Fencing falling down as you drove down the driveway. Poor lighting in the bedroom. The cupboard and bathroom door very squeaky. Need a blind over windows on door to bathroom. There is no water in the shared space to make tea or coffee.

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, easy check in, off-street parking. Basic but adequate breakfast.

Noisy - Walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the next room. Small balcony outside room people coming back at all hours sitting there talking loudly. Doors are noisy. Facilities - No kitchen, just a microwave, fridge and kettle. No cutlery or crockery, a set in the room would be nice, only cups and mugs (in the bathroom vanity). Fire only in June to August.
