"Very unhappy experience"

Breakfast okay but didnt turn on the heating. Nearly froze.

The guest house was old disused empty and certainly no heating. Notice to go to another specified guest house to get the key. That guest house also unmanned. Told to ring a number but each time went to answer phone. Evetually manager called us back and after a while came from his home by car. Offered us to stay in the second guesthpuse by paying xtra. He was rude and minimally helpful There were no other staff present at 3 pm mid afternoon. It was all a horrible experience with inconveniece and waiting around. Breakfast minimal. Coffee undrinkabke and dining room freezing Cant understand why Booking.com keeps marketing such below standard places.
