It’s next to the monorail station and Naha bus station. Service is great. Love my stay I greatly recommend it

The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and lots to choose from. However, there was no room service and the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. So we had to hunt down local vendors to find food for dinner. Very close to the monorail 1 minute walk and only a few stops to the airport.

I really regret booking this hotel, really had high expectations but since the beginning of the stay everything was a let down until the very end. First the double tree signature cookie was cold, Check in experience besides this was ok, nothing exceptional. I wasn’t greet as a diamond member, had to make them remember I am when asked about an upgraded room that I never got. Breakfast was repetitive and 80% Asian, it seems they don’t care much about western tourists. You had to reserve a time spot to eat which was inconvenient during vacations. Rooms are tiny! My bags interrupted transit in the room, I had to make magic to move around, levitation would have been nice to have. Rooms are dated and my room had a broken power outlet which is extremely dangerous, thank god I didn’t traveled with kids. And as cherry on top of all this bad experiences, I kindly asked the day before check out for 5 minutes of a scale to weight my bags, and balance them. I was refused this. They wanted me to go down the lobby, weigh my 3 bags which won’t be balanced, come back again to the 12th floor to balance them again, and repeat this process indefinitely until by luck I got the right measurements I am looking for. Sorry but it’s a stupid policy. It’s easier to take the scale to my room for 5 minutes, but since this hotel don’t care about customers it’s normal for them. Won’t stay here never again, I recommend you don’t stay as well. You have been warned.

I chose this hotel based on a review that it was next to one of the monorail stops in Naha. In addition to that, it is directly across the canal from the (main?) Naha Visitor Center, a 5-minute walk. It is a 20-minute walk to the ferry port that will take you to Tokashiki Island, one of the highlights of our trip! Also, directly across the canal from the Bus center. So, very well located. Regarding the hotel itself, we had a 'premium' room (top floor, quiet!) which came with free beer and a yummy guava juice in the fridge. (We found that ALL the hotels we stayed in Japan provided free bottled water.) For the price, this was an excellent choice for us. Oddly, the 'premium' room came with a very large massage chair in the slightly small room. Some might like that, but I would have preferred the extra space to the hulking piece of furniture. Breakfast is an add-on that I did not buy and I'm glad we did not, however, we did eat in the restaurant on the first day -- it was an extra $38 for two and NOT worth the price for this American couple. The breakfast restaurant was very crowded, and people had to wait to be seated. If you can add on the breakfast cheaply, it might be worth it to you, but we just got food from the basement of the department store nearby.

Friendly service

The hotel is well located and easy to get to from the airport via monorail. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The rooms were average, the double bed was against a wall. The bed was the hardest bed with the softest pillow I've ever had. Three nights without being able to sleep impacted my enjoyment of Okinawa. It could be improved by offering extra pillows.

Only breakfast offed

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend! The staff was wonderful, especially at breakfast— Yohei, Yoshimi, and Tej. They welcomed me each morning like I was a dignitary. Good variety of delicious food, nice ambiance, would recommend making a reservation or going after 8:30 to avoid rush. Staff at front desk was courteous and efficient and assisted with taxi to the airport. Room was clean and quiet, my compliments to the housekeeping team. Location was terrific! Yui Rail is right outside the door. I took it to Shuri Castle, to stop 11 for skillet rice at Ramen Kagestu Arashi Shintosin and could have taken it to the airport if I had less luggage. Across the street is the Naha Bus Terminal. The ladies inside the terminal were helpful in getting me to Sefa Utaki and back. Kokusai Street is about a 15 minute walk. One of my favorite places, Fukushuen Gardens, is about 15 minute walk and the main reason I chose to stay here. And a new gem I found: Ganesha Thai Massage is only a 5 min walk away. I found their brochure in the hotel lobby and enjoyed an oil massage and foot reflexology session with Shinjo, who was amazing! I will definitely be staying here again to enjoy the hotel and see the staff, visit Fukushuen Gardens and book a massage with Shinjo!
