Nice spacious villa, perfect for multiple groups... with beautiful views and pool...comfy large beds and very friendly staff...

The property was beautiful, with an amazing pool, plenty of room and bed were comfortable. We stayed with 3 kids and my husband and I. Perfect for my eldest to go surfing and the younger ones to hang by the pool. Very clean quiet place with good aircon, fridge and kitchen facilities. The breakfast was very good also.

Unfortunately there was no water for half a day due to the storm on Sept 9.

Niet goed onderhouden, personeel niet service gericht (zowel voor boeken en voor aankomst gecheckt dieet wensen en ging mis + geen klant vriendelijke reactie). In deze prijsklasse verwacht je een top ervaring in hoe alles er netjes en up to date uitziet (bijv. lampen die het niet doen, geen warm water in keuken, beschadigde wastafel bladen) en ook qua service. Ook kwaliteit ontbijt te laag irt prijs (koffie is gewoon poeder in water gegooid en geen cappucino). Voor ons een tegenvaller dat we niet in de zee konden zwemmen daar, dat hoorden we bij aankomst en hadden we zelf beter uit moeten zoeken.

Pictures are very out of date. After checking Google, images are up to 10 years old. There is no possibility of sun bathing next to the pool, as it is shady from buildings and tall plants/vegatation. There is a sunny balcony on the back, but it is quite worn and the view is not spectacular. Generally, the whole area is very tired, and the beach has lots of litter. Hoever, beach is not ideal for swimming or new surfers anyway. The entrance building seems unfinished and does not look welcoming (1st and 2nd floor - seen from the outside). In-house breakfast making sounds amazing, and the chef is really kind, but he turns up up to 1.5 hours in advance and starts the blender. Would be better to have it just delivered. We complained to the staff about our unmet expectations and they told is to write booking.com. It took booking.com 5 days to respond, and we had 4 nights there in total… so

We felt looked after, requested late checkout which was granted but expensive. Loved the area. Staff helpful, especially ulandari in time leading up to our stay.

A glass was accidentally broken, we had to pay aud 5.70 as replacement. Not a special item, thought this was excessive. The internet on tv stopped and couldn’t be fixed on last day, no compensation for this though.
