Spacious villa with good outdoor living spaces. 4 or 5 min walk to Keramas surf break

As is common in indo the ground floor was a bit musty smelling. Some parts of the property are good other parts are in need of maintenance. Lots of rough bits eg mouldy bits in shower, rusty microwave, stains, one door difficult to open and lock etc etc...

Nice quiet location right on the beach. Lots of sitting areas for bigger groups to chill and enjoy the space together or separately. Air conditioned throughout, including the living area. Could order delivery from the local restaurants like ZunaVenara or wander to Desa Swan for some beachfront dining.

Location is outstanding with direct beach access. We had family issues and had to return early and we were offered a partial refund.

The Villa is so run down it’s deplorable especially for the cost. It rained each night and the roof leaked in the master bedroom. All the timber doors are extremely hard to open and multiple keys for all the doors. Normal TV didn’t work. Fungi growing on the timber internal stairs. Black mould on internal doors and bathroom windows. Beds were average. People from a Wedding party at Komune Resort were staying next door and partying multiple nights until daylight. Hard earned money thrown away on below average accommodation.

Location location location !! So quiet and absolute beachfront our second time their with family and was amazing !! Clean large and comfortable !!!

Right on the beach and close to other resorts that we had stayed at before, so we knew the area well. Villa was huge, and a short walking distance to everything close by

Due to there not being anywhere to eat onsite, we know to be more organised next time with food, etc, so that we dont need to eat out every single meal. Also need to book in advance chef for dinners, as they were already booked out for the duration of our stay.

The place was great, loved having seperate rooms and ensuites. My partner surfs so mainly stayed here to be close to the beach and out of the crazy tourist spots. The private pool was huge and the landscaping was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We mostly just hung out on the beach, the warungs and by the pool but it was close enough to do some touristy things in Ubud we just organised a driver. And the restaurants along the beach were great.

Bad condition of kitchen equipment - but this shouldn't be problem for those that not cooking by themselfes
