The service is very good, it exceeded my expectations, the staff is very good, the cleanliness is excellent, the workers are very respectful and always smiling, close to the beach and close to the shopping street, the bus stop is very close, so the choice was good. I will definitely come back to the same hotel. And thanks to Bella in the reception, she was very respectful and helped us a lot. Anbefale 👍

low season, they gave me street view room first, I needed to ask for a pool view, as well I needed few more hours for late Chack in low season and they wanted half night price, they could be more generous

That is perfect for the swimming pool, beach, near bus to Heraklions city and resturant ! Wow amazingly location make me calm and lovely to see the sunrise and sunset on the Windows from hôtel and also beach . I walked to beach from hôtel around 5 minutes. Everything is best hôtel and perfect location !

They where not prepared for us when we came, the room was very dirty with dead cockroach, pubic hair in the bed and dirt on the covers. Windows where cracked, spider web on the AC. We complained and they removed the cockroach, but didn’t clean anything else. We where going to Knossos and asked if we could refill our water bottles before the trip, we where then accused of being thieves and they screamed at us. The breakfast was dry bread, and they did not follow the COVID-restrictions, nobody had a facemask, 30 people stood in a tight line only to have to ask a women for every peace of bread or ham you wanted, all supervised by the manager. When we asked for our money back the insulted us some more, and accused us of blackmailing them (?)
