Nothing less than exceptional!! From pick up at the Male airport till drop off at the airport, we experienced excellent service and welcoming smiles! Spacious villa, fabulous food and very friendly and helpful staff!

We stayed in the sunset overwater pool villa and the villa was so spacious and beautiful.

Staff is incredibly kind and helpful! You can expect 5 star holidays from the moment you step out of the plane at Male international airport. The resort takes care of literally everything and you can fully enjoy holidays at beautiful place. Thank you for this amazing experience!

We chose this hotel due to there being two islands to explore and because it had more dining options, shops and places to go. The food was great. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. We loved cycling around the islands. The spa was incredible and best massage ive ever had! Everything felt like great value for your money. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. We had a picnic lunch on beach which was so much fun.

The main downside is having to transfer from Male for another 1 hour flight and having to wait for delays and baggage to get to the hotel. But once you leave the second airport getting to the hotel was very quick and easy. The bug spraying of the island was not nice to cycle through.

* The transfer from Kooddoo Airport was comfortable and smooth. * The islands are stunning — beautiful palm trees, fruit bats (flying foxes), and a breathtaking ocean. * The Dining Room on Falhumaafushi Island and Falhumaa Restaurant are very nice and pleasant, with polite and attentive staff. * Sunset Grill offers a great view, and all orders were delivered quickly. * Large, comfortable, and stylish villas. * A wonderful opportunity to ride a bicycle under the palm trees. * A lot of sea turtles in the home reef. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff members who contributed to making my stay more comfortable: * The director of the island – I appreciate the attention and assistance provided during my stay. * The manager in the dining room (I regret not noting down her name) was kind and attentive, which I greatly appreciated. * Zahuwa was friendly, cheerful, and attentive, making my stay more pleasant. * Jahed (in the dining room) was polite and welcoming. His smiles and positive demeanor made each day better. * Shirini (at reception) was helpful and attentive. She provided clear and logical explanations about the restaurants and has neat, comprehensible handwriting. * Rabina and Nahil were both kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thank you very much for your hard work and kindness❤️

Please, be aware that the following information is only my experience and you may feel the other way during your stay. Staff: Some staff were very kind and attentive, while others seemed indifferent and didn’t help even when I asked and explained my needs. The island and accommodation: * Loud machinery noise from staff buildings in the middle of the island could be heard from the beach villa—especially noticeable if you have sensitive ears. * A loud cracking noise from the bridge near the water villas occurred whenever a buggy passed over the road above the water. * It would be great to have more sand on the beach near the beach bar. Currently, the ground is quite hard — it would be much nicer if it were soft. Booking, check in, check out: * When I booked the villa, I received an automatic reply, but no response to my questions for over a day. This made me unsure whether someone would meet me on Kooddoo Island. * Upon arrival at the hotel, I was taken to the Library Bar, where the air conditioning was not working. * The drinks on the boat were delicious and refreshing, but at the Library Bar, I wasn’t offered any choice – just one drink, which I didn’t like. * I was repeatedly told, "You must be tired now," even after I said I was fine. * The explanation about the restaurants was confusing and hard to follow. Notes were written for me but placed upside down, making them even more difficult to understand. * Lack of air conditioning, unclear explanations, and no water — that’s what actually made me tired. * Later, I found information about the restaurants on the TV, which was much clearer. * No one informed me that the key card holder had a map. I only discovered it by accident a few days later while passing through reception.

It was immaculate, the facilities were clean, the staff were friendly, the location was beautiful.

Wow- we had an incredible stay at the Residence Maldives. They staff are SO unbelievably friendly, they always say hello and cannot do enough for you. The resorts are so so clean and beautiful. We loved the bikes, drinks, food was delicious. Spa treatments and view were incredible. Definitely recommend.

Although the food and staff were amazing, the Lond Island restaurant and Li Bai were in the same building with the same staff and same music. You get to go here 4 times with your all inclusive. It’s worth it for the food but would have been nice to have a change of scenery. I thought there also would’ve been a mention of our honeymoon. Not looking for a freebie but maybe a bed decoration or something. All in all though the most perfect stay
