"Good"

The room was small without even a desk to work at. Hardly enough room to walk round the bottom of the bed to the cupboard. No shelf space only hanging space in the cupboard. The sheet was too small for the bed and hence could not tuck in. Only a continental pillow and the foot of the bed had come detached from the side frame. It appeared that the bathroom had recently been renovated but there was still new screeding on the ceilings that had not been sanded down. The flush mechanism for the toilet came off in my hands and I had to refit it. The floor of the shower insert is smooth and it is only a matter of time before someone slips and injures them self. Not sure how that would pass EU certification.

Was here for a weekend and had a nice time. The hotel is neighbours with a park with a zoo in it which is lovely and it is not to close to the main roads. The beds are nice, the size of the room is great and a I had a lovely little balcony looking over the park. I would definitely stay here again.

Very, very close to the centre, lovely staff, big room, must have been renovated quite recently. Unfortunately, I had to depart early, before breakfast! Will stay again. Thanks

"My stay at Gaja"

Had to pay extra for bowling -should be included in the room price for hotel guests. Room & bathroom very clean but no sample size toiletries provided. TV was a struggle to switch on but staff very helpful. Hotel restaurant offered tasty meals at reasonable prices.

"Best hotel either of us ever stayed in"

Great stay - comfortable, beautifully-decorated hotel within reasonable walking distance of the airport and city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel restaurant had good food and wine. And we only paid £16 per night for the room!

"Convenient yes but poor facilities."

Room was too hot therefore uncomfortable. Couldn't regulate temperature. Rubbish television channels as very few working. Not for international travelers. No coffee/tea facilities in room.
