We stay in this hotel several times in a year. We love this place. Small hotel but very nice, clean and friendly staff. This was our first time we were disappointed. The two single beds had bad mattresses on them that sunk in the middle on both of them. I believe it was room 308. I informed the staff when we checked out. I hope they will replace those mattresses before another guest comes. Very bad rest that night for us. Anyway we will come again, because it is only one bad experience out of many.

The hotel is full of art, beautiful wood work, and extremely kind and helpful staff. Wonderful European boutique hotel. The beds are slightly shorter than is regular for the U.S. context, so if you're very tall, you might not be comfortable. The beds themselves and mattresses are very comfortable. The bathrooms are completely updated and modern in the midst of this beautiful, old-world, artistic hotel. The restaurant is gourmet and can accommodate varying dietary needs. Breakfast is a lovely spread of cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, breads, and cereals. Overall, a wonderful experience! Walking distance to the Poznan world trade conference center, the university, groceries, the local park/zoo, and other sites. An easy tram-ride to the old city, which is otherwise about a 20 minute walk. There is not a business office for guests in the hotel, so bring your own computer. Wireless is provided.

This place has character, location and excellent value for money. It has an old-world charm, with just about all the things you expect in a modern hotel. It's just a short walk to the town centre or the international fair, there's easy access by public transport, customer service is good, and the price is very modest. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff are nice and room is clean. Hotel is old and is stuffy and a bit smelly in the room. You can open the window as I did but got mosquito bites as a result. Price is reasonable and location is good.

A lovely hotel, very spacious room to look at. No air con and very uncomfortable beds. Advertised bar with pool table and bowling alley. Door was always locked to gain access. Nice breakfast and warm welcome.

The rating I have given is based on the cost as well as everything else. There may be more convenient and grand places, but these would be a lot more expansive. I couldn't fault it. One tip though, when getting a cab, make sure you agree a price first, or you are likely to get ripped off.

Great service, decent location, very comfortable beds and nice view from the window.

Great value for money. I arrived late at night during Christmas time. I had a flight next day early in the morning. It is located close main railway station and tram stop. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The stuff is friendly and helpful even at 4.30 in the morning.

Attractive Art-Nouveau hotel about 20 mins walk from the old town. Close to the airport bus stops. Good breakfast buffet plus restaurant and bar. Friendly staff. I'd certainly stay again.
