Swimming pool & food particularly good.

Very poor lighting in our room! Some visitors were wearing inappropriate swim wear - dental-floss bikinis are not acceptable in a Muslim country!!!

Very close to the main attractions

The swimming pool looked dirty and not maintained. The breakfast was modest, only eggs, beans, noodles, tea/coffee, bread and watermelon. Definitely missed some veggies, juice, other fruits and sausage or similar.

Buffet breakfast, basic but fine…pool fabulous…location fabulous, 7 minute walk to orangutans and sun bears…lots of wild life around, thoroughly enjoyed being in the jungle……great massages in house…rooms were basic but clean with new bathroom facilities. Make sure you get a room with aircon… $10 AUD for a grab to the airport….if you enjoy a beverage or two take your own as they only have tiger beer and a couple of bottles of wine to choose from.

They need to have little fridges in the room….but I asked for an ice bucket every afternoon which solved my problem 🤗

Affordable and within short walking distance to the Orangutan and Sunbear conservation center. Staff was nice and breakfast was filling.

Facilities are outdated. The pool was nice but it felt sticky on my skin after using the pool. Bathroom was regularly cleaned during my stay. Dorm room is very stuffy even when there is just one person there.

A long walk from reception to the room with lots of steps, not easy with luggage
