It is a nice big house, the rooms are really comfortable and clean, they have free parking outside and the staff is kind. You can get to the city center in a few minutes by bus or uber. This accommodation is an excellent choice.

Just out of the city centre, only a 20 minute walk along the river was perfect or a 7 minute bus ride (the bus stop was right outside👍🏼)!

Nothing not to like - value for money, clean & the bed was comfy! I generally don’t go away to spend time in my room, so a clean environment & plenty of tea so I can have a hot drink is all I need!

"A nice place to stay for a night to visit York"

The location and layout was brilliant for visiting York. Breakfast and service was great.

The only thing we could say about our stay is the rooms decor was a bit dated, mainly the carpet could do with replacing. You could hear others coming in and going up the stairs in the night also from our room. But otherwise for the money, we were pleased by the value of money for our stay.
