Peermont Metcourt Inn at The Grand Palm Resort

We were a large group on a company project. Service is efficient but the hotel is a bit tired and needs some maintenance investment. Quiet at night and one has to go across to the sister hotel for dinners.

Booked in on Saturday using the business voucher. The reception was great. Though I booked late, the receptionist managed to secure a room for me. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is good. The food is like the normal hotel food, bacon breads, etc. The only problem is, I love my fives roses in a pot and they could not make it. The biggest problem is that they don't serve food except breakfast So you have to buy food from the bigger hotel, Grand Palm. But you have to get there before 10. I went there at around half 10 and there was no food. I was compelled to buy from outside. I just hope they could have a room service menu. The hotel environment is too though the rooms are small and they only have shower. But I like bath.

Staff are courteous and everything is clean. Rooms are small but OK for 2-3 nights. In-room WiFI was non-existent - I had to sit in reception whenever I needed Internet access. As I was staying for business, this was terrible.

Budget hotel in a wonderful location. All the expected extras were available. The AC needs to be upgraded. It was rather noisy

The staff members at the Peermont Metcourt Inn at The Grand Palm Resort were very helpful and accommodating. Their dedication to the comfort of their guests was inspiring. The facilities are nice, offering a wonderful experience for travelers. The breakfasts were quite enjoyable as well.

Comfortable bed, small bathroom, tight shower, but otherwise well equipped room. Good breakfast, nice to sit outside. Friendly staff. Very good value for price. Be sure to request nonsmoking room if you prefer that.

Positives: good buffet breakfast with some changes each day, friendly staff, comfortable bed Negatives: Road noise in rooms on one side of building, wifi only worked in centre of building or extremities (not midway in each corridor, where my room was)
