Peermont Metcourt Inn at The Grand Palm Resort

The room was good and well located. What I liked most is the reliable WIFI although I stayed a short while. Next time will use facility. The parking was also convenient Consider shelter in future for cases of storm etc.

The rooms are small but comfortable. Definitely not ideal for cluster-phobic people.There is bar fridge and they also put tissues in the room. The air-conditioner is an old school type. It has a limited degree of silence.

The picture of the hotel is totally different to the reality. The Metcourt does not have a swimming pool, the pool is at the main hotel a few hundred meters away. On check-in they tell me they only have smoking rooms available which I flatly refused. I was asked to site and wait while they would see what they could do. A while later they found a room for me. In the room there was no shampoo. I asked house keeping of shampoo and was told they were out of stock. I insisted and guess what, they found shampoo. At the main hotel pool bar I ordered a beer and some snacks. The server tell me they used all the snacks the previous evening. Again I said not acceptable and wow some crisps appear. Funnily people coming out of the inside bar were walking around with bowls of snacks. This is not a place I would recommend and have told our company travel agent NOT to book anyone there again.

Was impressed though my concern is as indicated previously. The hotel hasn’t had the Coke Zero for a very long time. Surely something can be done cause it available in town. There is no shower gel in the rooms as well.

The location is spectacular with good views all around,the staff is very friendly and the reception area has very good leather couches which are enough for a lot of people to wait.The wifi is very good as i could stream a live Basketball game and a couple of Netflix movies.I didnt like the spacing,cramped and not enough wall sockets for my charger and phone,had to remove the lamp.Beds are comfortable and enough extras everyday.Good and moderately clean as i could see dust on the furniture at reception.The rooms aint sound proof so not enough privacy.I really loved my stay though as i watched morning traffic from my window

Metcourt Inn remains the best select service hotel in Gaborone, with its location within the Grandpalm Resort Complex adding a serene ambiance to the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and professional making my stay comfortable and a pleasurable experience. Whether for business or leisure stay, Metcourt Inn has very few peers in the select service space in Gaborone.

the facility's met my expectation and the service in general was very good. I will be staying at Metcourt on a regular basis. It is convenient from a parking , eating and general business aspect. I will be returning .

Apart from the over crowded restaurant at breakfast I had a good stay at the facility and would definitely come back. The chair in room 234 the room I was occupying has seen better days though. I will recommend others to try your facility

Good for budget travellers. Practical average hotel to spend a night or two.

Terrible room. Rooms too tight. Noisy heater. Above all no dinner served. Walking to eat at the Grand Palm in the dark was not fun. They should access route between the two sister hotels.
