AC wasn’t working, maintenance supposed to come and fix it, but never came. We had to open and use the fridge to get some cold air out! We requested to change beddings and they never came! Terrible room! It’s dirty my mom got sick it was so humid. Would never stay at this hotel ever!

We had a good stay at La Carmela. Beach front, Nice and courteous staff, value for money, accessible to all (ATM, talipapa, restaurants, etc.) We will definitely be back and will endorsed it to our friends. 5 thumbs up!
