Just ok. Good for budget travellers

Excellent location, we needed to relocate room due to maintenance 😂, they should have done this before we arrive.

Great location. Hotel is average to below average. Needs some renovations.

It’s not so good to stay in this hotel. Service is very poor. Every time I call the front desk, nobody answered. You have to go down and ask the front desk. The only good thing here is the location. Very accessible to everything especially the beach.

Because of the storm, no signal and the power keeps turning on and off within our stay. Also, i requested we check in early because of our early arrival, we have to wait 2 or 3 hours and have to bribe them to give us a room and not on our correct paid room. Breakfast was not great. I don't know, this hotel used to be awesome but now it isn't. Lights in the room is so dark, towels needs to be change as it looks like its asking to be thrown away. Airconditioning needs cleaning as it is not doing its job. All in all, our stay with this hotel was not pleasing.

Poor customer service: irresponsive to all needs.

Two Blackouts a day. No wifi in the room. Noisy air conditioners. Noise staff early morning. Canned fruits.

Property near beachfront and restos.

I like the private speed boat.

A lot of disappointing things. I loved la carmela back in 2017. But now we felt everything was a downgrade. They no longer have slippers and toothbrush included in the toiletries which is tolerable
