La Carmela De Boracay Resort Hotel

I like the place because it’s close by the sea. They are very nice people that helped us a lot during our stay. Breakfast buffet was ok. Thank You cArmela!!!

I like the amenities, the staffs are all accommodating

We had some problems with the room but the staff was great and handled everything was fixed as fast as could be expected. The rooms was okay but it was very clean and the shower was great. No drinking water was provided in the room but there were water tanks in the hallways. The food was mediocre at best and was the same every day. The big plus for us was the location. It is right on the beach, right in the middle of station II. Overall a decent stay and would consider going back.

Beach front, food, pool are excellent.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They Switched our room to the first floor when they knew we had a senior in our group despite no advance notice.

This is the 5th time to stay here use to enjoy having a drink by the pool near the beach nowhere to sit by the pool now main pool smaller unfortunately will have to find somewhere else now service wasnt as friendly as previous stays

Everything is good but I didn’t like how you always need to input the wifi password through a log-in page. And the connection was so slow.

I like the place but very disappointing with regards of my reservation. I will not book anymore in la carmela.

Few minutes to the beach very convenient location to go around shopping, swimming , etc..

This is my 7th time in Boracay and La Carmela was the WORST accommodation experience so far. Really disappointing - staff are incredibly rude, they laugh at you, refuse to clean your room, hotel amenities are of terrible quality and breakfast gave my entire family food poisoning. Customer service doesn’t exist in this hotel as they are also very racist. I’m Australian/Filipina and they would charge additional fees for almost anything to anyone who looks foreign. They purposely did not equip our hotel room with appropriate linen/ towels etc. and charged us extra when requested. I warn everyone to stay away from this place at all costs.
