La Carmela De Boracay Resort Hotel

Its nice in the photos but not in the actual. Seems like the units are old. Limited choices for breakfast, pricey for Php320 buffet. Over all I'm disappointed :(didn't expect it wasn't nice

I like the pool in the beach front

Good things are clean, affordable, good facilities, beach front and buffet set up bfast, ,, bad thing is customer service must be improved. If there are request a month before the check in date and keep on following it up just dont give hope if the request is not possible as it is very disappointing when we expect things that will never happen, better to tell the truth at the beginning so customer will not expect.

At first our room dont have cellphone signal The food is almost the same everyday

Low quality of our Amenities and poor signal in our room

Breakfast could do with a bit more meat dishes, but not to bad for the price

One thing I did not like is the ref is too small and there was no microwave and ironing iron. The wifi is too week and its hard to contact the hotel especially from U.S.

Fast service

Hotel is along the beach, room is clean, close to restaurants & convinient stores, mall & room is reasonable price, staffs are all friendly, will come back next time
