"Nice, quiet hotel - poor maintenance "

Couldn't shave since sink stopper didn't work. Said they would fix it, but didn't. Instead they made it look like it worked. Desk staff were awesome.

"Nice hotel with overpriced breakfast"

Stayed here for two nights with my spouse and teenager. It happened to be the same weekend as Syracuse University graduation, so prices were very high. The hotel itself was fine - clean, quiet. The doors to the rooms are the heaviest doors ever. The Buffet breakfast in the lobby felt like it should have been one of those free hotel breakfasts. It wasn’t anything special. After paying $13 per person the first night, we decided to grab breakfast in the town of Skaneateles the next morning and enjoyed that much more.
