Ambassador Inn

This place is old, outdated and smells like basement. The staff were incredible. All were friendly and helpful. The property needs major renovations. This was super expensive stay. However, what we paid didn’t match how the property should have presented itself.

Horrible. The bathroom was not functional there was a leak on 2 floors. The room was dirty and full of mold I had an asthma attack. I asked for a change of room the attendant said he couldn’t do anything. The following day I spoke to the attendant again and told them I had no access to a bathroom can they please come fix the issue I was told maintenance would come at 9am i didn’t get anyone to the room until 10am. I was told they could not fix the issue I was sent to another hotel which I had to pause my short vacation to pick up change rooms. I was able to finally use a restroom at 11:45am the next day. I’m

It was horrible. It was leaking all over the place. The tub was clogged up. The toilet was clogged up and it was no hot water. I spent $300 on fishing again didn’t even get the fish because when we got there Friday night we were so miserable we spent all the Saturday afternoon moving to a new hotel and all they talk about was giving us a discount. I will never rent with them again.

Horrible customer service. We didnt have blinds on the door and the front door didnt lock. All they kept saying is that they would call someone. Never did! Will never book here again
