broken glass bottles around this property, dirty bathtub , horrible smell, wild noise at night, not friendly staff

The property seem fine when we walked into the room but then the light switch didn’t work as you enter. There is no light near the sick the bulbs are not there. When we got back from the beach we wanted to shower no hot water. I called and they said they will send maintenance and no one came. Tv didn’t work, there’s a cable box for no reason. Around 11pm I wanted to wash a bottle and there was no water available. Turned on the sick and bath and no water.

Sad no elevator my wife trouble with steps

Just find somewhere to stay!!

Was not advertised there are no elevators. Advertised there was a pool was not one. Rooms did not have locks on inside of doors. Mold and broken tiles in bathrooms and lamps in rooms. Added service fee that was not put on booking site. No phones in rooms.

The price wasn’t bad at all

The sink is broken and the shower has absolutely no water pressure. Room door locks are not safe, And they didnt let me check in till 5:30pm because of other issues they had..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I NEED A REFUND...PLZ

This place was horrible!!!! I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I have stayed here every year in the past but this time was not pleasant. The first day of arrival I made it known that there was. Big whole in my closet door from someone previous but not tht big of a deal until later that night the roof on the bedroom started leaking.the made it to of it wasn't. Big deal and that it was people upstairs and it would stop. We listen to the stupid drip all night until early morning when it finally stopped. 2 day comes and it starts dripping again but this time the ceiling crumbles are now falling everywhere and it has grown bigger . Nobody wanted to take care of the problem. I spent more time complain then I did enjoying my vacation . The towels were still damp from not being dried all the way and also had someone else's hair in them. My son dropped something on the floor and I noticed under the bed were empty water bottles,hair ties and lip gloss to witch none was ours. By the 3rd night the water spread so much it was then leaking all over the bed and blankets. Nobody even offered a bucket to even catch the water I decided to put a trash can under it to again I was let to manager that. By the 4th day I finally got. Manger to apologize and and said we would get a tiny refund to wat was not even half the taxes I paid for my stay. The way it was manager was horrible. 1 person laughed the situation and was like u ain't getting no discount, was to the would changey room,nothing happen
