The shower kept turning on & off , could not finish my shower til 30 minutes later . Front desk female staff was really sassy while i asked for help .

Friendly staff,clean safe and close to the beach and boardwalk.

They did accomodate me from a third floor room to bottom apt after I told the I said from the beginning I had to stay on bottom floor because I am73 years old and cannot do three flights of steps

Will not recommend!!! Not enough parking, very outdated, smelly. To many negative things to write down.

The place was a dump. The floors in the hallways were dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way because it hit against the toilet. There were water spots on the ceiling. The bathtub had a crack in it and looked like it had been spray painted. The faucet in the sink sprayed out onto the floor when turned on. I would have asked for my money back, but they had a no refund policy. Awful experience.

Dirty sheets, small rooms, spend a little more and stay somewhere else, total trashy people staying there, no pool, people at desk were nice

It was terrible soon as I checked in put my stuff in the room was going to head to the pool the door wouldn’t lock. They called for someone to fix it had to wait almost two hours and that’s because I had to go to the office and say something a second time. That night the microwave wouldn’t work and neither did the WiFi which didn’t work the whole time only worked if you were standing in the office. The next morning the fridge wouldn’t work I reported all three problems once again they needed me to wait I waited for about an hour but than I left for lunch. Once I got back had to wait for them to fix it. That night/morning someone was fighting & arguing in the hallway slamming up against the door the wall running up and down the steps and cussing. Called the office twice a woman answered and said I would have to come downstairs to the office. A couple of hours after that the tv stopped working. I asked them if I could get some type of discount because of all the things that happened or some type of credit but they wouldn’t agree to anything. Bad customer service

You get what you pay for. Would 100% stay again but if you expect a 4 star hotel i would stop being cheap and look at 4 star hotels this is an hole in the wall you are just there to sleep but they should really get the moldy pullout replaced 😂
