The rooms are not what they say then they charge you double buyers be ware

Unfortunately I wish I had more positive things to say but this stay was far from “perfect”, our AC line leaked so bad it puddled on the porch, there was clearly areas where water sat frequently and were rotted away on the porch. When it rained the last day, the paint was coming off of the porch. To get towels, you had to walk downstairs and request everything you needed, there was no room cleaning whatsoever. We requested a bottom floor, which we did not receive, so trip after trip got overwhelming. The pool is not on the same premises, you have to walk a few blocks. Overall just not very impressed, I’d say it was worth it for the money, but do consider the downsides

1 Filthy. 2 Unsafe. 3 Inconvenient. 4 misleading. the entire place was absolutely disgusting, vomit and cigarette butts on the stairs and in the halls, hair, finger/toenails, mold and rust in the bathrooms. Peeling paint, dirt covered windows, old food and unknown liquid in the microwave and refrigerator. Furniture was falling apart, electrical outlets were loose and faulty. Tv did not work. Ac was very temperamental and the unit itself covered in dust. The listing doesn’t say that the room is on the third floor up the stairs with no elevator. No balcony. Very cramped room. No pool on site, it’s at an entirely different property. I included a picture of the maintenance man replacing the broken tv with one that did not fit on the dresser, it was sliding and falling down, I told him I’d rather not have a tv than one that will fall on one of my kids. Before he gave up trying to balance the tv that obviously won’t fit, the face of the drawer falls off and lands on my foot. I had kids with me, this is unacceptable and unsafe. I informed the front desk and they switched my room to one that reeked of marijuana smoke, but the tv worked and the dresser did not immediately disintegrate. This all happened within 5 minutes of arrival after a long car ride, so at this time I was ready to just start my vacation and try to make the best of it. My advice, steer well clear of this place. They are obviously cheap and greedy slumlords.

Inconsistent water flow; inconsistent water temperature; bed was made but with dirty sheets; good parking; good location but will not come again

This property needs to be completely torn down. Moldy rooms, faulty air conditioning, bathroom sink was hanging off wall, bathroom tiles cracked and moldy, bathtub basin completely moldy, I had to clean it when we got there. This place must pose a health hazard for humans and animals. Bugs stuck to the walls, mold, parking situation is scary at best, remote control for tv was missing backing and didn’t work, fridge was yucky. It was close to boardwalk, only plus about this property, and the rooms they display are not the rooms at the ambassador, neither is the pool, that’s a sister facility. Shady marketing as well.

Front desk lady wasn't professional. The pillows had a dead fly on it. My friend had a disability

Property was shameful. Bugs everywhere. Spiders in bathroom, ants crawling on the walls, flies in the room and dead flies in the windowsills, and a huge disgusting slug 🐌 on the bathroom mirror. It was so disgusting I was afraid to sleep. To top it off there was so much noise coming from the room upstairs that I had to call the office. I finally fell asleep but I’m so glad we are leaving here this morning.

We loved staying in the apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Bathroom was in bad shape and water went off. Otherwise ok cheap option

The bathroom was so gross. Beds messed up my back.
