Bad service, tower become dark grey colour. Room dirty. Checked in at 7pm but tomorrow morning received a room service (foods) bill mentioned delivery at 5.30pm in my check in day.

The stay here was relaxing and comfortable. The hotel staffs were nice and friendly. The breakfast is quite tasty and there are variety of food and drinks. The amenities in this hotel is compatible with its 4-star rating. What's good about this hotel is its good location which is within walking distance to many attractions of Alor Star. It is just about 200m behind the Aman Central shopping mall.

"A good night sleep"

A good hotel for a night rest before crossing to the Thailand border. They have an underground carpark but not for the car that is lowered as going down the carpark slope is very sleep and will scrap the car bottom. The town is quite sleepy there is nothing much to do.

Love the hotel so much.. initially we wanted the nearby hotel but it was fully booked under hotels.com. Therefore, we stayed at StarCity Hotel. It was a pleasant stay indeed. Walking distance to eateries and Aman Central. Big room, comfy bed, very clean. With buffet breakfast too which was just fine for us due to its reasonable price. Really recommended to all travellers.
