"Standard hotel"

Standard and comfy room. Reasonable pricing and good selection of breakfast. The counter service a bit slow and could have improve check-in/out process. The water boiler need to be change.

"Comfortable and convenient "

The hotel is new and in modern design. The location of hotel is off main road , need search awhile ,but easily found with help of GPS and waze. Checking in and out as fast . Room and bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast was include with standard buffet style, not much variety but the taste was good. Hotel have ample of car parking lot,either in basement or front of hotel. A shopping mall is also nearby within walking distance 5-10 minutes. Cons only the toiletries can be improve more,eg to include disposable toothbrush,paste

"Smelly"

Cons: Our room was reek of cigarette smoke smell. The bed sheets were smelly as well and there stains on them. Pros: breakfast was delicious, receptions and waiters were kind as well. Room was big. Excellent area very close to Aman central

"Walking distance to Aman Sentral shopping mall"

1. Room service starts at 11am. Starving in my room. 2. I stayed 6 days in a row and yet they demanded that i pay cash for one room service order viz. A plate of fried rice. 3. Staff friendly and helpful.
