Muy bueno el hotel
The property was quite extensive and had a variety of activities as well as dinning options. Nice swimming pools with beautiful sunset views. I think the breakfast could use some improvement. With a better variety of proteins and vegetables.

Me gustó mucho porque la playa es muy limpia y segura, el personal del hotel muy servicial, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y el hotel tiene varias opciones para comer. Lo unico para mejorar es el estado de algunos baños publicos cercanos a la piscina prinicipal.
Falta de señalización. Falta de información. Áreas cero aptas para discapacitados y sillas de ruedas. Sin entretenimiento.( solo recreacionistas para un show tonto) Excelente servicio y atención en general. Piscinas y jacuzzis muy agradables. Comidas excluidas sin razón en el todo incluido. Cero servicio en la playa, aunque los vigilantes muy atentos aún frente a las restricciones. Pésimo servicio del carrito de transporte interno ( demasiado demorado) Pésima información para excencion de impuestos a colombo / americano a tal punto que con pasaporte americano tuve que pagar impuestos !!!🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️
Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned. There is great security agents all over the property, and I love the idea of walking on the trails and also having a golf cart available. Beach was clean and not crowded. My youngest had a blast with the kids activities.
