Great service, good foods options and great facilities
5th time staying here. We have a young child and Irotama caters well to families. Everything you’d need for a vacay can be found on the property. Staff is fantastic and property is well maintained. 5 stars and looking forward to the next visit.
Muy buen servicio y atencion. Por mejorar la playa es una zona donde no se respetan las zonas de turistas todo se volvió zona de pesca donde maltratan animales y dejan basura y desechos, atraviesan red de pesca por todo el perímetro, se debería gestionar esto con las autoridades ambientales y de turismo. Adicional hay exceso de aves en las zonas de comida, deberian existir zonas cubiertas y tambien recoger oportunamente los platos y las sobras.
We stayed in the Del Mar building and it was excellent, we had a 2 bedroom apartment that was big enough for 5 people comfortably, the service was pretty good, food at the buffet was just OK, the Italian restaurant was much better, pools and the beach are great, will go back for sure.

EBookers: Preisverhältnis stimmt gar nichts. Das war eine teure Pfllaster Irotama Torres ist ein altes Gebäude,, gut erhältst aber in die Jahre gekommen. Irotama Lago oder Reservado bittet viel mehr. Ich habe eine Suite , es war extrem gross für. N nur 1 Person, war zu viel , hatte eine Küche und einen riesigen Kühlschrank i Irritaba Torre XXI wo ich mein Appartement bekommen habe, hat kein Swimminpool , nur ein Jacuzzi , war immer kalt oder geschlossen. Wenn man etwas unternehmen will muss in anderen Gebäuden Die Sicherheit im Resort und am Strand ist gewährleistet
This is a great palce to take a time to relax.
The place was very comfortable, but the lack of restaurants and activities in the Reservado tower was a little disappointing, also having the pool closed so early, maybe it is the season, but they could install some nice illumination and keep the pool open until at least 10 pm
The best all inclusive resort compared with others visited in Mexico, Curacao, Cuba and Cartagena in Colombia
