great hotel big rooms breakfast nice and service very good

員工都幾親切 位置離市中心好遠，要出去幾麻煩。 值得一提係room service d野食幾好食。 環境都唔錯，不過按摩浴缸是沒有的。

The Hotels was good but no air conditions in Lobby and Reception Area. The rooms and hotel atmosphere was very goods.

GREETINGS FELLOW GLOBETROTTERS! WELL, THIS HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKINGLY WONDERFUL! I MEAN, LIKE A ITALIAN RESORT ON THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA! (sp?) *LIKE A CEASAR'S PALACE KIND OF DECOR & BAR/POOL ON THE BEACH-RIGHT UP TO THE SEA-LINE! IT IS ONE OF THE BEST UNDER THE SUN!!! MY WIFE & 8 MONTH OLD BABY GIRL ARRIVED @ AROUND 2PM JUST IN TIME TO SPEND NEW YEAR'S EVE THERE IN THE USN, ON THE BEACH, BEFORE FLYING BACK TO THE CHINA MAINLAND ON 1/02/15. WE ALL STOOD IN LINE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THIS 5 STAR GIG OVERSOLD EVERY LAST ROOM- EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE US A CONFIRMATION# VIA HOTELS.COM (Most likely, they gave our room away to some local government dude; or wealthy Chinese busniess man/woman- of whom demanded a room from theme even though they were sold out & when this happens here in China, they cannot refuse!) THE MANAGER DUDE WAS NICE AS HE COULD BE IN SUCH A SPOT- BUT HAD NO PLAN-B FOR US AT ALL! SO IN THE END, AFTER 2 HOURS OF TRYING TO GET MY FAMILY OFF THE STREET AND INTO A NICE ROOM; THEY JUST SAID, "NO"! So I had to call Hotels.com from my cell phone & book an inferior hotel some 30 kilometers away! Not on the beach, and not a 5 star! It was nice- and yes better than being stranded in Kenya or Nigeria or Iraq, but it was a total waste of a great sunny day in Sanya- and a huge disappointment to say the least. BOTTOM LINE...BEWARE OF THIS PALACE-RESORT! YOU MINGHT NOT GET IN AT ALL. ) -; LEW~ San Diego, Ca. USA & Fu Zhou city*PRC

Stayed here after 7 days of extensive sight-seeing in central China. It was perfect because it is a somewhat remote location ($15 cab into DT Sanya), with a wonderful pool and beach access. Although there were only a few comfortable speaking English, everyone tried. Also very helpful securing transit into town, to monkey island (which is 1.5 hrs from the hotel) and the airport. Agree that restaurant options are limited, food at Star cafe was just fine. Prices similar to the states. Bringing snacks, drinks saves money and time. Bath tub on balcony was great surprise! Great place for a mom and her 2 20-something kids.

大満足でした。おばあちゃんをリラックスさせ、三亜を連れて行きました。四泊で泊まり、おばあちゃんが大喜んでくれました。次回もまだ利用したいのです。

the reservation was messed up! no room available upon arrival!! hotel claimed didn't receive reservation from booking website! not sure it's the responsibility of which parties! other than that, hotel condition is alright in general. rooms are big and comfort. staffs' manner is good and helpful.

今回２泊の予定エクスペディアを通じて、予約をいれました。　先ず三亜空港に両替をする所がありません。香港、北京、広州等の乗り継ぎ空港での両替をお薦めします。　ホテルで両替は、問題ありません。　もし、両替するのを忘れたら、タクシーでホテルまで向かい、両替の間タクシーに待って頂く方法しかありませ。 今回、何故か予約票はあるが、ホテルに予約が入ってなく（ホテル、エクスペディアのミス？？）エクスペディアに連絡しながら約２~３時間後のチェックインとなりました。しかし、ホテル側が時間がかかるとの事で、フロントで、ロビのバーのドリンク無料券を頂き、男女の生歌を聴きながら良い雰囲気の中で待つことができました。その間ホテルの施設確認等を行いましたので夕食の予定がホテル内に変わっただけで、最小限の予定変更ですみました。最初から三亜を個人旅行で手配した時から、何かは起こると、思いながらの旅行だったので、英語も殆ど通じず、中国語のみと、分かっていたから問題ありません。 他の口コミ通り中国語と英語でキッチリ説明して頂きフロント女性の（あまり期待してい無かった為）対応は満足行くのもでした。 部屋も大変豪華かで、ベランダの丸い浴槽、シャワールーム、トイレ等価格の割に本当に広く綺麗で良かった思います。 プールも何箇所かあり、海も道を挟んでプライベートビーチになっており波の音を聴きながらのんびりできました。 朝食も２日間位なら飽きること無く美味しく頂けました。 ディナーに、海鮮鍋？を食べた時も１８８元と書いてあったので日本語が通じ無いので写真を見てこれとお願いしたら、少し困った顔をして、一度席を離れ戻って来たら紙に２１６元と書いた紙をもって再度現れ、税金分を足した額を提示され、トラブルが無い様に前もって行った事や、年末にオープンした世界最大級の免税店に無料バスが出ていますが、その予約なども、丁寧に対応して頂き、ボーイも含め、好感度が高かった。 本当にコストパフォーマンスに優れていると思います。ホテルでのんびりするのであれば良いホテルだと思います。 街から少し離れて居るので三亜市内観光等も考えて居るなもう少し、市内寄りのホテルをお薦めします。 ホテルの周りには本当に何もありません。 また、次の日、部屋に男性の方がフルーツの盛り合わせを持って頂き（予約が採れてい無かった為？）家内は大変喜んでいました。
