Stunning property with great amenity. Our room was lovely, the staff attentive and professional, and the property clean and beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful experience.

Great wellness property at Terrace Club, the little brother of main property, the relaxation and jets pools were amazing, the service in general was excellent, the rooms were nice and big, Peem and Takatani were exceptional ! We highly recommend this property !

This is a beautiful property! Everything is so well kept, clean and beautiful. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but courteous, gracious, and always willing to help you with anything you needed. I would say it is worth staying at the Terrace Club rather than the Busena Terrace next door especially if you are a couple. You still get access to Busena and all their restaurants, pools, etc. but the Terrace Club is another cut above in terms of relaxation, peacefulness, and luxury. They have a spa that you can go to as well as a wellness pool/aqua therapy area that we used daily. The views of the sea are so beautiful from your balcony, and the restaurants at the facilities are excellent. The Terrace Club also has a tea time and happy hour that are free depending on your room selection and well worth it. The airport transfer for free is also a major plus.

Nothing. Only thing we would note is that the property is approximately an hour drive from the airport, and there are only a few designated time slots for the shuttle. The hotel will arrange a private taxi for you if you arrive at an off time.

It was great experience. My wife and I had wonderful and peaceful time at Terrace. Thank to all the staff members and hope to see you again.

大人向けのホテルなので静かで落ち着きます

Having looked forward to our stay at the end of our tour of Japan and booking the terrace club we were underwellmed by the club. Whilst the room was spacious and with great views, the beds were short and uncomfortable as was the lack of blackout blinds. Overall decor was dated for an offering of this level and does not compare to Shangri-la or Jumeirah brands. Club pool facilities were pior, uncomfortable sun loungers, parasols that blew over, no operational pool bar and no wifi coverage. The staff for breakfast, tea and happy hour were mostly good and friendly, we would especially callout excellent service from Kaneshiro. The main terrace hotel was far better visually, much more comfortable sun loungers but again no wifi coverage by the pool, no operational pool bar, no where to get water and cafe only from 11am. We were also found it difficult to get food on sunday 30th in any of the restaurants other than the buffet which we had the previous night, other restaurants were either closed or hosting private functions. We eneded up having room service. Overall great location, huge potential, but dated and lacks the superior offering of other brands.

If you want a quiet resort right on the beach this is the place. The Thalasso massage pool is a bonus, my wife loved it and was in it everyday. The service crom the staff was top notch. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast more at sister resort which is a quick few minute gof cart ride. The staff at both resorts were fantastic.
