The Outdoor Pool is out of operation from November to March. Please note that there is a dress code for dinner at on-site restaurant Fine Dining. All guests are requested to dress smart casual, and sleeved shirts and long trousers are required for men. Attires mentioned below may not permitted: - Gym clothes, shorts, and camouflage style clothing - Flip-flops and room slippers - Traditional clothing (Yukata, Jimbei, etc.) Please note this is strictly a nonsmoking property. Please Conceal Your Tattoos At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, rash guards or other appropriate swimwear are required at our pools and on the beach. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Great huge room , staff very accommodating and kind . The tea time and wine time with piano was amazing and appreciated . The thalasso baths were very useful after a busy travel schedule.

The hotel is far from the airport and only offers transportation at very specific times. Some amenities are in the other sister property and requires advanced preparation

Amazing stay! I can’t say enough about the incredible location! Absolutely stunning view from our room and the restaurants! Staff was just as incredible! I’m gluten free and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me! We stayed at the terrace club which is a quieter vibe than the sister location but both are beautiful!

タラソプールが最高だった 朝食もとってもヘルシーなメニューでよかった スタッフは昔と比べると外国人スタッフが増えたけれど、ストレスのない接客は変わらずハイレベルだった

SPAが素晴らしく、スタッフの方も大変親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。　ラウンジのカクテルタイムのサービスが固定のものであるのが少し残念でした。　返りに同敷地内のレンタカーを利用しましたが送迎から連絡まで全てが完全にコントロールされて大変スムーズに車両乗り込みまでが進みました。流石のサービスだと思います。　ありがとうございました。

子供がいない施設だったのでストレスがなく過ごせたのが本当によかった。タラソプールや、サウナ、ラウンジで飲み物や軽食もできて満足でした。ただ、夕食は味、サービス含めて残念だったので、レストランは別の建物のお店に行くことをおすすめします。朝食は別建物のお店でいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。
