The Outdoor Pool is out of operation from November to March. Please note that there is a dress code for dinner at on-site restaurant Fine Dining. All guests are requested to dress smart casual, and sleeved shirts and long trousers are required for men. Attires mentioned below may not permitted: - Gym clothes, shorts, and camouflage style clothing - Flip-flops and room slippers - Traditional clothing (Yukata, Jimbei, etc.) Please note this is strictly a nonsmoking property. Please Conceal Your Tattoos At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, rash guards or other appropriate swimwear are required at our pools and on the beach. The resort and amenities were first class. The staff was even better. The entire experience checked all of the boxes and exceeded our expectations. For sure, this was the best resort experience my wife and I have ever had.

Beautiful spacious room with an incredible view. The pools and beach were great and very quiet. The staff was exceptional, attentive and always wanting to help. Only one staff member spoke English, Peem was really great, though it was challenging to communicate when she wasn’t on shift. Laundry facilities were constantly busy and in the “sister resort” which was quite inconvenient. The bed was firm and could use a mattress topper for comfort. Pillows and bedding were perfect. The buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely and definitely worth it. Overall this was a very nice stay.

ゆっくりとした休暇を過ごすことができました。強いて欠点をあげれば、部屋の鍵の開け方が開けにくかったこと、部屋のグラスの匂いが気になったこと、ティ－タイムの内容が海外のクラブサービスと比較してやや貧弱かなと思いました。しかしスタッフの笑顔と丁寧な対応が素晴らしく満足できる滞在でした。ありがとうございました。また機会があれば再訪したいと思います。

"Amazing hotel "

Amazing hotel! Staffs were extremely helpful to book us restaurants, transfers etc. very attentive and friendly. The hotel shares the facilities with the sisters hotel next door, which is convenient for one that doesn’t want to drive.
