The noise from the boiler in the bedroom ! Yes, behind the door of the closet :/ The door of the shower in bad shape . The very poor condition of the stove . Unusable. We went to the desk asking for another one, but in the same extremely bad shape . No way to cook .

Great location, lovely property. Tastefully decorated, clean and modern.

The heating, it was cold on our first night and there was no way of turning the heating on. Rang reception regarding this and they said they’d send a manager round to help. No one came. There was no heat all night. The following day the heating came on. It seemed to be on a timer but it hadn’t come on the previous night. That’s my only criticism. Other than that it was great.

Average! Nothing special!

Beds where awful! The mattress felt like it’s from the Second World War! Uncomfortable and cold place! The door on the bathroom couldn’t even close properly! Traveling with young kid the bed wasn’t made up for him! Told reception but no one bothered to come and get it done , when the booking was made for 3 ppl! The floors were dirty and dusty! Very close to main road , could hear noises from passing cars all night! Disappointed from this place as I’ve stayed before many times but no more for me! I’ll be choosing different accommodation on my next trip to Inverness!

Super loud squeaky floors- could hear people walking all night above us but great location!

Staff are really friendly. Location is great for getting about inverness

Breakfast wasn't the best. Staff are young. My wife had a tea pot with no tea bag in it.

We loved the apartment- spacious, clean, beautiful kitchen. We arrived later so we were not able to eat at the restaurant. A flight of stairs to get into the apartment- no lift. Great big bathtub, large comfortable beds. We wished we could have stayed longer.
