The Glen Mhor Apartments

The facilities were nice, the maintenance staff were very friendly, the front desk person not so much , she was a bit dismissive.

We had a confirmation code to have a two bedroom appartment. However, the front desk did not seem to agree. they just put us into two hotel rooms. Not very happy about that. If I had wanted a room, I would have just booked a room!

Great location close to city centre and full of character with onsite distillery and brewery bringing the Highlands experience to guests without them having to travel far afield .

Good location & comfortable beds

Bedroom on ground floor looked straight out on road so not only noisy but had to keep curtains shut all the time so very dark. Enormous bathroom upstairs but no ledges to put washbags on. Apartment very tired - needs new carpets desperately!

Stepped out of Apartment onto very narrow path on a noisy road. Noisy heating. For price would have expected to have Apartment looking out to river.

The location was great and staff was courteous. Checkin was swift, so was the checkout. Comfy beds & cosy place for two couples and one child.

We stayed for 3 nights, it would have been nice if housekeeping team could clean up the toilets & kitchen atleast once. The bin bags were full, so I requested at the reception on day 2 and was told that it will be done. However, when I followed up on day 3, I was told that there will be a separate charge for just tidying up the kitchen & taking the trash out. We were staying for 3 nights so it was quite disappointing
