We loved everything, we arrived slightly earlier and was glad the receptionist said come back soon and you might get checked in earlier which we did

Check in staff were great, very helpful and friendly.

excellent location by the river and main street of Inverness, facilities and comfort very adequate for our stay

Location

Our apartment which was disgusting. If You’re a large group and are given “apartment” 5 do not accept it. It’s a grotty terrace house round the back that needs fumigated and refurbished from top to bottom. We complained to reception and showed photos of the condition of the accommodation and the receptionist agreed it wasn’t acceptable and needed renovated but after looking they had no other rooms to move us to. They offered a 20% reduction which is disgusting given the state of the house we were put in. We had no option but to spend the night there as we’d booked so far in advance there was no accommodation available for the size of group we were in. Totally ruined the start of our holiday thankfully we only had one night booked. We left asap the next morning with flea bites 🤮 have plenty of other photos. Was totally fobbed off by the hotel manager.

Check in great. Staff helpful. Parked in lot behind. Stayed in a two bedroom. Needs upgrading but space large enough for 5. Overall okay for cost but may look elsewhere. Not sure of the smaller rooms however. Whiskey bar looked nice.

Location, location, location! Just couldn’t be better!

A bit of attention on staff hospitality and apartment cleanliness could do wonders to this place. It wasn’t really bad, but just short of good. A shame really…

we arrived after a full day of traveling to no hot water. we stayed 3 nights. 2 nights without hot water. staff were unconcerned and refused a partial refund.

The common areas and distillery were both exceptional, very comfortable and accommodating. The bar area was fantastic and the service was top notch.

The room left a lot to be desired. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and we had high expectations considering the cost and what the common areas felt like. But once we got into the room it was very basic and had no character or comfort. Small couch and small TV, rugs need replacing and needs color or artwork to make it feel homie. Was just blah really. I also was told upon arrival that the stay did not include breakfast when I expected that considering the cost and the way breakfast was advertised.
