Hotel Porto Roca

What a beautiful hotel! Most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in. Magnificent views. More importantly, incredible service. All hotel staff were on the spot and provided the highest quality service. Didn’t want to leave the hotel.

Hotel Porto Rico is amazing! The view is directly above the Ligurian Sea. They have a shuttle to take you to and from the main town. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner and they serve a terrific breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Monterosso.

Amazing, we got the garden suite at a discount and it was one of the most wonderful rooms and stays that I have ever had. Amazing staff as well, stunning views.

Beautiful property and pool with spectacular views. It’s on top of a cliff so walking up and down to the beach and town can be strenuous, but there is a shuttle that will take you back and forth as much as you need. We also used the beach chairs and enjoyed the beautiful, refreshing water. The breakfast is the best we’ve had with endless options to choose from. The staff are top notch, super friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to store our luggage and use pool and beach until rooms were ready. We had a wonderful stay. It’s more expensive than other options, but the view, pool. beach access, and breakfast make it all worth it. It’s also right near the hiking trail so that was also convenient.

We just returned from two weeks in Italy, and the clear standout hotel from our trip was the Hotel Porto Roca. From the moment we were unexpectedly picked up at the bottom of the hill by the jitney driver to when he dropped us off, our stay could not have been better. The location is extraordinary, offering spectacular views of the coast from our room and the Terrace, where breakfast and dinner are served. Our room was well-appointed and very bright. The food was so delicious, we changed our reservation at another restaurant and returned to the Terrace on our last night with Lorenzo and Jared, two of the most gracious servers on their team. Then, there was the pool which was the perfect place to unwind after hiking town-to-town in Cinque Terre. Finally, I want to give a shout out to Davide, who not only helped with a last minute hotel reservation issue, but was willing to help out with whatever we needed while we were there. Will be back - hopefully very soon!

Best Hotel & Views in Monterrosso! My wife & I had a fantastic stay @Hotel Porto Roca & have recommended to friends & family. It has great views, great service, a beautiful pool, & oceanfront location. If you want a hotel with prime location in Monterrosso this is it! *Only slight knock for us was beds pretty hard, & a heck of a climb up road to hotel after dinners down in central square every night (but guess great exercise to work off your tasty meals & gelatos 😉) *Although Shuttle service available if u don’t want the exercise. Otherwise HIGHLY recommend this Hotel!

Struttura vetusta, personale inesistente e a volte maleducato, fatto salvo lo staff di sala per le colazioni molto cortese e disponibile anche se non preparato e in linea con il numero di stelle sicuramente per la giovane età.

Well maintained, clean updated facility with a luxurious feel and magnificent views.
