Good location. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff

Small room. Housekeeping was poor

The location on the River promenade is very central. No cars in that part of old town so walking with bags is expected. Use the roof top pool for a refresh.

Rooms are tiny but in general work.

My only comment would be we thought it was not necessary to restrict breakfast food to 2 items ( excluding bread , coffee and juices) .

The location was perfectly central. You can walk anywhere from this hotel and although just above some restaurants, it didn’t feel noisy or busy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and even upgraded my room which was a wonderful surprise.

Excellent location on the heart of the beautiful scenic old town, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant also excellent, for both breakfast and if you dine in the evening with access to riverside tables.

Personally not a fan of glass bathroom walls, there is a privacy curtain but still not ideal in my opinion as I really dont need to hear my wife on the toilet, even if the pulled curtain blocks the view. Room had a large step running through it which I felt was quite a trip hazard especially if you get up in the night. Again something I Personally wasn't keen on. Bed is pushed up to the window so if you're sharing you have to wiggle down the bed to get out or climb over your partner. It's a modern looking room but maybe could be more practical in use. Bathroom very small and would benefit in an extra shelf on the wall by the sink so you have room for toiletries. Excellent shower power though. Breakfast starts at 8am, a little earlier would be helpful for when you are going on tours so you dont miss it. Although a packed breakfast could be arranged. Funky cool hotel but Personally felt there were pros and cons with the room design.
