Magnifique chambre et bon restaurant . Hôtel très bien situé , en plein centre. Très bon accueil . Possibilité de se rendre au parking en voiturette de la ville appelée par l’hôtel.

Difficulté à trouver l’hôtel. Bruit de l’extérieur, car chambre donnant sur la rue et terrasses des cafés . Parking cher à 10 mn à pied , 36 euros , mais impossible de se garer autrement …

Where do you even begin! The Air con was off the day we arrived. It was 26 degrees in Ljubljana. You have no option but to open the windows for ventilation. Our room was above the alley that has an all night bar - which seemingly never closes. We were treated to a night interrupted by drinkers chatting, arguing and eventually, fighting. Close the windows, and the room turns into a sauna. The issue was raised every morning with the hotel staff, who told us there was nothing they could do. The aircon was set to warm, as it is going to be turning colder. The second night was the same - stuffy room, and you have to have the window open to sleep, but the noise prevents it. We considered moving to another hotel at this point, but as we had spent a small fortune on our five night stay, decided to stay here and just get on with it. The cleaning of our room comprised swishing the sink round, and replacing the toilet roll, should that be required. The floor was not cleaned once during the five nights we stayed. Breakfast was good, but only on the mornings they actually managed to bring out the things we ordered. We sat and looked at the staff on their phones while we waited to be served. On the final night (Ljubljana had warmed up again) the hotel finally managed to switch on the aircon. It made no difference. Another night with the window open. The carpet was still filthy. Overall, the hotel badly needs an overhaul. Carpets are worn out, taps leak, and the aircon is never going to work. It comes nowhere close to being a four star hotel. There is a pool, which is how they get the extra star, but it is not heated, so is too cold to use. Reading the reviews from Summer 2025, it is clear that none of the issues we experienced have, or are likely to be addressed, so our conclusion is to strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Perfect, central location. Large, quiet room, good restaurant

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, l’accueil: réceptionniste très gentille nous a indiqué de bons restaurants , le calme bien que situé au coeur de la vieille ville.

Les chambres sont assez petites, rien pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain. La déco est moderne mais tristounette.

Location - right at the centre of Ljubljana’s old town. Only down side is if your are travelling by car you need to park about 10min walk to nearest car park

The pillows were a bit sub standard but the bed was excellent

Diseño y acondicionamiento del cuarto poco profesional (diseño del cuarto / baño, selección de los materiales y muebles, cortinas no a la medida, iluminación improvisada, interruptores que no facilitan el uso de las luces ...) Mantenimiento deficiente (sofa con manchas de suciedad, grifería con fugas, olores provenientes del sumidero de la ducha, lámparas sin conectar, rieles de cortinas caídos, alfombra de dudosa higiene ...) No hay acceso vehicular

extremamente bem localizado, próximo ao rio e ao calçadão, muitos bares e restaurantes na região e muito próximo do acesso ao castelo de Ljubjana, o hotel é bem pequeno mas confortável e aconchegante. praticamente não tem áreas comuns.

pela localização não dispõe de estacionamento e nem solução próxima para estacionar, tivemos que parar a uns 400 metros de distância, aonde chegavam carros.
