Ottima posizione nel centro di Lubiana, camera gradevole e abbastanza spaziosa per due. Letto matrimoniale comodo, pulizia della stanza molto buona. Staff super cordiale e disponibile nel rispondere alle varie domande pre-viaggio e in reception. Se arrivate prima è possibile lasciare i bagagli presso una stanza accanto alla reception. Apprezzato il drink di benvenuto (dalle 16.00-18.00) per cui organizzatevi con le visite a Lubiana.

Alcune pecche: il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno perdeva un pochetto, siamo arrivati in stanza con la presa del mini-frigo staccata e quando ci siamo accorti che effettivamente non stesse funzionando, abbiamo semplicemente attaccato la spina alla ciabatta, un po' tasto dolente il rumore esterno, probabilmente i vetri delle finestre non sono doppi, quindi mentre dormivamo sentivamo il casino, le urla di chi faceva tardi la notte.. Ma ok tutto superabile (anche se parliamo di un hotel a 4 stelle..) per come l'abbiamo vissuta noi. Per riassumere più attenzione e accortezza per un 4 stelle.

The staff who were working the front desk!

The poor use of space. It was just clunky and our room was poorly designed. Really bright overhead lights. Lots of stools and no space to put our things. Wood in the bathroom rotting. Housekeeping did a poor job the entire time we were there and had even left an item from the previous guests.

Location along canal Front Desk staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast very good.

Room although decent in size was filthy. Carpet stained and dirty. Drapes did not fit windows. Walls dirty and banged up. Management non responsive / indifferent to concerns. Essentially stated room was an upgrade and the location is great so live with it. Returned to our room in afternoon to find the door ajar after housekeeping visit.
