The reception area was not welcoming on such a COLD day. it would have been nice to see even a small fire glowing. Room not serviced, understandably. Advised before arriving that no evening meals were available but breakfast is available. On arrival told it was only a continental breakfast, printout in room confirmed this at a price of GBP15, seems a bit expensive for a cold offering. Hotel really nice and will return once lock down is lifted and facilities / amenities return to usual high standard.

Had a lovely break nice hotel and staff were great food was excellent, location a bit out from main Cotswolds like stow on the wold. Different feel at these strange times the rooms not cleaned until you leave and quite a skeleton of staff, still enjoyed our stay

Lovely place to stay, the room was really nice with a great shower tea/coffee biscuits etc.Bed a little firm for us, but otherwise excellent. Staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant excellent, dinner and breakfasts were perfect. We would stay here again and recommend it, what a gem!
Lovely hotel within striking distance of Bath. Comfort rooms are worth the extra cost.
This is a beautiful house with wonderful views. It is very calm and tranquil with an amazing array of trees in the grounds. The receptionist (Emma) was helpful and charming. Breakfast was excellent - cooked fresh to order. Also, perhaps because we were visiting in January and the hotel was virtually empty, parking was very easy. We stayed in the 'Willow' room and had a great view of the garden and the pool.

Very cosy, friendly place. I recommend this place to anyone. Has got 24 nice decorated rooms.
