Proctor Mansion Inn

This place is such a gem. You can book directly through their website (https://proctormansioninn.com/) to save a couple bucks. The property is beautifully kept, and the inn keeper was so very kind and generous. I was the only one in the property during my stay and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, which as a solo female traveler is always a concern. I cannot stress enough how wonderful all the staff I encountered were. The room I stayed in was the Peach room which was so gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub was luxurious. I think this would be a very sweet place to stay for the fall / winter holidays. On their website, there is a section for special events. This would be a super cute place to do a ladies afternoon tea party. TLDR: If you are on the fence about booking, definitely book! You will not regret it!

I did not have any complaints. I loved the room I was in. I went exploring and the other rooms looked really lovely as well. The whole home has so much character, which I love. It would be a great place for an event.

Excellent service

This inn was built as a private residence in 1861 & still maintains slot of Victorian charm. If you are looking for a place with all the modern amenities, this is not the place for you. Great location! Tammy was absolutely wonderful!

Very old historic mansion with a lot of character and charm. This place isn't pristine, but if you like beautiful architecture and history, you can overlook some of the flaws. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, and location is convenient to Patriots Place, while feeling like you are in a very rural location.

So much better than staying at a standard hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The outside of the house needs some work but once inside it is perfect.
