cold room no slippers ,our room had wooden floor,no bathrobe. in the pictures is probably shown the best room

The location was lovely and felt very rural even though it was not that far from Aberystwyth. The breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Georgian mansion. We had a junior suite and it was lovely - beautifully decorated, spacious, great bathroom and a generous refreshments tray. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Breakfast also very good. What makes this hotel extra special is the staff who were friendly, helpful and relaxed. We will definitely return.

The setting, the building and the staff are lovely.

No hot water for the first evening and the next morning. Hair in my breakfast. Forgot to put prosecco in the room as requested. Staff dealt with some of the issues.
