Worst hotel ever, but we finally got moved to a decent hotel

The worst experience ever. Will never book online again without having someone local confirm it is ok and these rooms were surpose to be Garden rooms but there was no garden. We did stay at this hotel as it was nothing like we booked and paid for so management offered to move us

Good hotel, good environment and conveniet and easy access to shops and nightlife

Overall the hotel is very nice. While rooms are non-smoking, there is a lounge off the loby where smoking can occur and it is very unpleasant to walk past it. The Internet was unreliable and made it very difficult to work and communicate using Skype or What's App.

1. The receptionists struggled to retrieve the booking. They admitted that their system is not equipped to receive Expedia bookings. 2. Not given the desired room even it was available. 3. Internet is the worst. Not good for business travelers at all. Had to pay so much in 3G to get my emails 4. Room carpets are old and not clean nor hygienic 5. Food quality baaad 6. Air condition doesn't work. Even after a technician tried to fix it.

I wish they could give us the password for each day of our stay on the first day upon our arrival. When I awoke at 5:30 in the morning, I did not have the password and I didn't want to call the front desk because my husband was sleeping. If there was a way to list all the passwords for the number of days we were there at the first day, it would of been very helpful. Other than that, our stay was excellent. Thank you so much.

My stay was wonderful and I enjoy every minute of my stay.

Very friendly staff, made Swaziland a awesome experience, I am definitely coming back to the hotel

It was a great experience; intimate and private

On new years day the pool was flooded with people from outside rather than hotel residents. It was so uncomfortable and crowded. Next time separate external customers from internal.
