Happy Valley Hotel Ezulwini

For a short business trip this hotel is well placed to reach appointments easily. It is near the shops and the hotels/restaurants.

I found Happy Valley Hotel very convenient for me, it had all I needed nearby . Not terribly fancy but very effective. Pricing was good for breakfast and dinner inclusive so that worked perfectly for me even though I had to ward off mosquitoes half the time at dinner. I was only skeptical about the random walk ins into the hotel because of the casino. I found the staff courteous and helpful with information needed. Overall it was a good stay, no regrets.

Staff ain't as friendly a they used to be. Room cleanliness is not good. Towels ain't provided in complete sets. Internet is bad. Food quality and varieties sucks.

Very ordinary menu at the restaurant. We were served by inexperience staff. The room was conformable. The staff at the bar was very friendly

People were very polite and helpful. I found the hotel pool area very bad. Pool loungers, with broken wheels, old, pool not cleaned,gave me a distinct impression that hotel management never been around and saw the mess or if they did, found that the status of the pol area to be acceptable.I found it unacceptable.The bath rooms and carpets on my room, 206 were "tired" very "tired" No water pressure in my shower, tiles grouting were discoloring, a bit of quick fix here and there. For a 4 star Hotel in that area I expected much more. The meals were very good, the bedding was equally very good.

Good place for everthing!

Friendly staff and management. Good room amenities. Good location across the street from shopping mall and numerous restaurants and shops.
