"Staff training,plumbing works,Small Tv in large Rm"

I like the hotel in the sense that it's very very close to the mall where you can varieties without traveling far-in fact, its a walking distance from the Shopping center. But the staff still need to be trained on how not to stand like bouncers looking at visitors at breakfast table all in the name of trying to catch who supposed to be at the breakfast table or not.Its very embarrassing!Moreover, the Garden room is too large for the management to put tiny Tv-Flat screen.

"Bad experience"

I had a very bad experience from the time i arrived as my booking was not there. The room i got after an hour of argument was so stafy i had to put my perfum just to sleep.

Our room was good sized but noisy and in need of refurbishment. It had a back door that led to a tiny patio with no furniture and overlooked a small scummy pond.
