Happy Valley Hotel Ezulwini

Dissapointed at reception to be told that my booking was unsuccseful and cancelled as the hotel was full as from October

We have enjoyed so much for this weekend and the staff was great and the check-in was super. All in all was great and we looking forward to come back next year.

Our stay was amazing...stayed in the Garden room,very comfortable and private, the only thing was the water pressure out of the shower...the breakfast was amazing and the pizza too...will definitely book again

Hi, I had a request to the hotels.com concerning the recent hotel reservations of Happy valley. when I arrived at the hotel in ezulwini on 25 November, a desk woman told me the reservation was cancelled and showed me the sms. And she asked me to pay at the desk for 2 nights and I payed with my same visa card of standard bank with which I payed to the hotels.com online. I checked the bank statement yesterday and knew the money was taken out two times. what is the problem? I need to get your answer and be corrected soon. thanks.

Beautiful pool and restaurant areas to relax and recharge. Request a room away from the conference hall RE quite noisy.

We where very happy as it was our 40th wedding anniversary and we asked for a up grade in our room and they where more than happy to do this and surprised us with a bottle of champagne These small touches will make us come back staff is sooooo very friendly

Hotel is tired Needs a major revamp

Wi-Fi did not work at all! Water pressure and volume in unit 322 is terrible. Breakfast was nice.

It was awesome

Front office was not organized and felt that they do not care.
