"In need of a makeover"

Location - near to all the Sibu city centre has to offer

Asked for queen bed non smoking room only to be told non available on check in. You cannot ask for more than 2 extra bath towels (was travelling with my 2 kids) according to hotel housekeeping. No cots provided for my infant eventhough requested via booking.com..No reply nor communication by hotel management. Breakfast was poor. Slow to refill, cold and cutleries have to be picked up by customers themselves. Cafe staff was not sensitive . I was holding a baby and asked for baby chair - helpful enough to point but stopped short of helping to place it on our table. To their credit maybe they were understaffed that morning but awful management who did not expect the situation on a peak holiday weekend. Lastly, no guest parking available so had to park outside hotel lobby which was difficult to get. Will not book for family travel in future.
