Not enough power outlet and old design

未提供室內鞋及牙刷，而且吹風機風管有點漏氣

I reserved 2 rooms. The rooms I got were on 2 different floors. Both had no air on when we arrived therefore they were very hot. They also smelled musty. The hotel in in the middle of the city and is quite old. Difficult to sleep with birds outside the window nesting. Was to stay 3 days and checked out after 1 night. Would not recommend.

Despite our early booking, the hotel was not expecting us, so we had to provide documentary evidence. Got fed up of requesting toilet tissues, so ending up buying our own.The bedroom was clean, but the bath/ shower cubicle is in dire need of a refurb. The staff are polite but unfriendly; an occasional smile would have been welcomed. This was our 4th time there, and probably our last.

v.bad service for the rate we pay.No more second visit

Very good experience. Good hotel if you wish to pack food at pasar malam. Walking distance to Pasar Tamu Sibu.

Need space or special parking for guess of hotel

Located near to the restaurants and transport to the airport is easily available from the hotel. The night market is just a ten minutes walk. There is a nice Chinese restaurant just across the hotel. The room is clean and spacious.
