Such good value for money and always busy so a good sign to book early so near town and all it has to offer free parking a bonus too will stay again

The welcome was warm and friendly. The amount of storage space in the room would put more expensive hotels to shame. The beds were comfortable but the shower room fittings left a little to be desired - fair amounts of rust showing through the chrome.

"Great B&B"

Overall the experience was great. The B&B is a short walk from the beach and the town centre. Parking is permit based, but was easily able to find a spot round the corner from the B&B. The staff are all friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was cozy, and easily fitted my needs and the amenities provided topped off my stay.

Second time I have used the Gleneagles Neil was friendly as always The room was great the breakfast was very good and the whole stay was inexpensive and very affordable Will be back again soon 10 out of 10 for a excellent stay
