Small rooms but perfectly adequate if a little basic. Owner very accommodating and friendly.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Weymouth . Great breakfast and great hospitality.

Very welcoming and friendly landlord. Makes a beautiful breakfast daily. Room was cleaned daily. Overall very satisfied, Decor a bit out dated but we did not expect to see the "Ritz". it was value for money and extremely close to the beach/seafront and shops and other amenities. Can recommend this for a weekend break and would stay there again.

Lovely hosts, clean room, breakfast was lovely, close to beach and town, parking can be a bit tricky but the guest house provides a permit and you can park close by. Really enjoyed our stay. Just booked to stay in the summer of 2018.

Having stayed in various resorts, villas, apartments etc all over Europe I find that the cost of bed and breakfast in this country is extremely expensive. I think Weymouth as a whole has big problems, these range from offering a holiday experience that only really suits a very small % of the population to drug and alcohol abuse. Everything is done on the cheap with the obvious effect on quality of experience. The hotel was ok, just, but everything from the carpets to the fried egg in your breakfast is tired. It needs a boost.

Neil was very welcoming and carried our cases up to the top floor for us. When our car failed to start, Neil lent us his battery booster. There was a good selection for breakfast. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay again.
